Why offline installer is better than online installer? because we can download offline installer and can keep it for using in other pc without download it agains. But online installer have to download everytime when we want to install it in pc. It give trouble to user that don't have internet source. Sometime online installer has to wait many many hours to installer it (depend on the speed of your internet) and sometime it will hang in middle of installing it and we have to start to install it agains.
